Credits
How do I get credits?
New members receive 30 credits when they sign up, and drawing the daily card 7 days in a row earns 10 bonus credits. You can also add credits with a redeem code. Online payments for the English site are coming soon.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you receive never expire.

What if a reading stops partway through?
Just tap retry. A reading that didn't finish never costs any credits.
If a follow-up question fails because of a network issue, am I charged?
No. If a follow-up fails, your credits are automatically returned to your account.
Why does a multi-card spread show only the first card at first?
In every multi-card reading, the first card is always free. The remaining cards, the overall summary, and the suggestions are unlocked with credits. Your 30 welcome credits are enough to unlock a full three-card spread.
Can I redraw for the same question again and again?
We won't stop you, but we'd suggest giving each reading time to settle. Redrawing out of anxiety tends to muddy an intuition that was clear. Try living with this reading's message for a few days, and ask again once something has changed.
Account and history
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Tap "Forgot password" in the sign-in window and reset it with an email code.
I haven't received the email code.
Please check your spam folder first. You can request a code once every 60 seconds, up to 3 times an hour per email.
Will readings I made before signing in be lost?
Readings made while signed out are saved in your current browser for 30 days. Once you sign in on the same device, they're automatically merged into your account.
