Do credits expire?
No. Every credit in your account stays valid with no time limit.
How can I get more credits?
Draw the daily card 7 days in a row to earn 10 bonus credits, or enter a redeem code. Online payments for the English site are coming soon.
If a reading fails partway through, will I lose credits?
No. Credits are only used to unlock a reading after it has been fully generated, and if a follow-up question fails because of a network issue, the credits are returned automatically.
What's the best way to try it the first time?
Your 30 welcome credits are enough to fully unlock a three-card spread, so you can get a feel for Moonveil's reading style first.
