We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how Moonveil Tarot collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
1. What we collect
- Account information: the email you register with and any display name you set. Passwords are stored only in irreversible hashed form.
- Reading content: your questions, added context, the cards drawn, interpretations, follow-up questions, notes, and reflections.
- Device and logs: anonymous usage statistics such as page views and clicks, and IP information processed with an irreversible hash, used for abuse prevention and security.
2. How we use it
- To generate your tarot readings: your question and card information are sent to our AI model provider solely to produce that reading.
- To save your reading history so you can revisit it.
- To keep your account secure and handle support requests.
- To run de-identified statistics that help us improve the product and reading quality.
3. Storage and protection
- We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect your data.
- Readings made before signing in are tied to your browser session and kept for up to 30 days; once you sign in they are merged into your account.
4. Your rights
- You can export your data from Account → Settings.
- You can delete your account at any time. Your readings, notes, and other personal content will be deleted; transaction records are kept anonymously where the law requires.

5. Minors
- The Service is intended for adults. Users under 18 should use it only with a parent or guardian's consent and guidance.
