Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Welcome to Moonveil Tarot (the "Service"). Please read these terms carefully. By registering, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

  • The Service offers tarot card draws, AI-generated tarot interpretations, a daily card, and tarot reference content for entertainment and self-reflection.
  • Interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence based on card meanings. They are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.

2. Your account

  • You need a valid email address to register, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
  • You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others. We may restrict or suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Credits

  • Credits are a virtual benefit used within the Service to unlock full readings and follow-up questions. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Credits do not expire. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are removed.
  • If a reading fails to generate because of a system error, no credits are deducted; failed follow-up questions are refunded automatically.

4. Content and intellectual property

  • The card designs, text, and interface of the Service belong to the Service. Please don't copy, republish, or use them commercially without permission.
  • The questions and notes you enter belong to you. You allow us to process them in order to provide the Service.

5. Limitation of liability

  • Tarot readings cannot predict the future or replace professional advice. Please don't make major health, financial, or legal decisions based on a reading.
  • If you are in emotional crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out to someone you trust or contact a crisis line right away (in the US, call or text 988; elsewhere, see findahelpline.com). In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

6. Other

  • We may update these terms as the Service evolves and will post changes on this page. Questions? Contact [email protected].
